Wow! What a Week!

Today, KMOV's Julian Grace come to our class, and what an amazing time we had! He had so many hilarious, inspiring stories about life in the television news business. Afterwards, Sara did a great job interviewing him for a segment of Mixed Media.

I warned you on the first day of class that Advanced TV Talent would be fast-paced, to say the least! Let me just say how proud I am of your progress this week! Every J-term class breaks records each year, and you have already done so, and we're only half way there!

2007 J-Term Class: First to go LIVE with a news update
2008 J-Term Class: First to complete three air-worthy packages
2009 J-Term Class: First to complete SIX air-worthy packages (in the first week!) First to log, edit, and voice in the new edit edit suites, and first to use the new set!

Keep up the good work...I can't wait to see what we can accomplish next week! Think of how much you have learned in only five days...and there are five more to go! I'll take some more pictures next week, and put a slideshow on this blog. Meantime, here are a few from today. In addition, I thought you would enjoy some photos of J-term's past...so here you go...
